Content You Provide

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, display or otherwise make available (collectively, "post") through the Service. However, by posting content, you grant DropIn a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, distribute, translate, create derivative works, publicly display, and otherwise exploit in any manner such content for any business purpose related to providing and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant, you have all the rights necessary, for you to post the content and that all content you provide complies with our Acceptable Use Policy outlined below.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service or assist others in doing so. Examples of misuse include:

• Posting, transmitting, distributing or storing any content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, infringing, defamatory, or offensive;

DROPIN SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DROPIN DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR VIRUS-FREE, NOR DOES IT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT INFORMATION TRANSMITTED OVER THE INTERNET CANNOT BE GUARANTEED TO BE 100% SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROPIN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE UPON THE SERVICE OR ANY MATERIALS, OPINIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

DropIn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, for any reason. Updated versions of these Terms will be provided via the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and each remaining provision of these Terms will be valid and enforceable to the full extent permitted by law.
